The home features large floor‑to‑ceiling windows, steel stair stringers, and a standing‑seam metal roof that reinforces its contemporary farmhouse character. The project doubled the home’s square footage and introduced a refined exterior palette featuring asphalt and copper roofing, cedar shingles, a new stone façade, and detailed architectural paneling.
Interior upgrades included new bedrooms and bathrooms on the second floor, along with a redesigned first floor featuring a new mudroom, a living room with a coffered ceiling, and a completely rebuilt front entrance.
